"You have got to be kidding me?" I growled.

"Natsu," Erza glared, "Not a word."

"Yeah, but-"

"You will show your respect," she stated in a sharp tone

"Yeah, but-"

"Do I make myself clear?" the scarlet hair wizard hovered over.

"But where's the fish?" Happy sputtered out, not getting the hint.

After a few minutes in which I presumed he must have been seeing stars, a villager explained.

"We don't eat meat here in Thalia. Though we have a vast supply of vegetables." 

"..."

"Natsu."

"Yay!"



    After that meatless dinner, Lucy went to talk to the little girl named Molly. She told me to stay behind, that I wouldn't understand the situation. 

'Why? I thought I was great with kids.'

***Lucy's POV***

    While Natsu pouted like a little kid, I decide to see if I go get some information from Molly. Beforehand, I went to the nursery and asked if I could borrow a few things. 

"Here, take this doll," a lady handed a rag doll to me, "Molly loves this one."

I nodded my thanks and headed out.





"Molly?" I whispered.

    The little girl was still rocking back and forth in the farthest corner of her bed. 

"Hey there," I smiled shyly offering the doll "Is this your's?"

    Two dark eyes popped out behind her scrawny knees. She scurries over and snatches the doll from my hands. Moll looks at the rag doll, smiles, and gives it a tight hug.

   "Do you wanna see something cool?"

Her eyes brightened as I pull out a shiny, silver key.

"Open, Gate of Canis Minor: Nikora."

    Then out of a puff of smoke came the little doggy. Molly gasps but doesn't hesitate to pet Plue like a puppy.

Molly let out a little squeal and hugged him by the neck till he turned blue. I would have to buy a shit load of sweets to thank him for this. 

I watched her play with Plue and her doll for a while, then said "Can I join?"

She handed me the doll without saying anything. She never said anything. 
After a while, Plue fainted and disappeared. I pulled out my notebook where I jot notes for my novel down and she started pulling my arm.

"You want to draw?"

She nodded.



***Natsu's POV***

'How long has is been?'

I leaned back on a rock and sided, "I hate this place."

I closed my eyes for a moment and opened to see a women in from of me. It wasn't Lucy. She was tall and her features were very dark, black strips of hair and empty eyes. She skin was so pale it was gray.

"What do you want?" I grumbled.

She let out a laugh like honey, "Oh, come now, child. Are you really so pathetic?"

"What?"

"You already let that monster will, you fool," she pointed, teasingly, "A hot temped kid like you would have been easy to take control of."

"What th-"

"Shhh. Don't get riled up, you'll wake him up," she hissed.

"What are you talking about?" I barked.

"The monster from the other night is in you."

I snorted, "bullshit."

She folded her thin arms, "Really? Explain to me why you've had the attitude of a prissy tween girl and do I even need to mention your anger?"

I said nothing.

"If this continues, he will tear you up with your friends. They are most likely gonnars already."

I tried to get up but my body suddenly felt way to heavy.

"AND that's why I'm here, if you'll let me finish," she rolled her eyes, "Just make a contract with me and I can help suppress him. The only way to get a hold of him to kill him is to know his name, so until then, I will play the game."

I raised a hand, "Hold it, if you know the name, then tell me."

She let her head fall back, exposed throat while laughing, "Sorry kid, but I'm no "good guy" but between me and him, I'm a "lesser" evil so I won't kill your friends. I'm in this for some good entertainment that's it."

I narrowed my eyes.

"Just remember," she twisted a black lock around her finger, "next time she may not just get a burn."

I stiffened, fingered curled.

"So," she reached out a hand, "Is it a deal?"

I slowly reached out my head, "Tell me your name then?"

"No, but you can call me Ceri."

"Fine."

We shook.
